In hurry? Try out these super fast and yummy breakfast ideas. The good thing about the recipes is that you can find the ingredients in any local store of your shopping center. So without any further a do, let’s get into it.
The first one is chocolate banana smoothie, this one is my personal favorite.
Chocolate Almond Banana Smoothie
-1 cup chocolate almond milk
-1 banana cut into pieces and frozen
-1/4 cup oats
The first thing would be to cut up the banana into small pieces and place them into a plastic bag and freeze them over night. This will save you the trouble of cutting them in the morning and it will also make your smoothie nice and thick when they are frozen. In the morning all you need to do is grab your blender and blend away all the above ingredients. Add them all into your blender and mix it well until you get a texture that is preferable to your liking. This is incredibly easy to make in the morning and tastes amazing as well.
The second one is Multigrain Waffles—- for all the Waffle fans
– peanut butter, almond butter, or your favorite spread
– your choice of dried fruit
First you toast the waffles in a toaster then you spread your peanut butter or almond butter, or your favorite spread onto the waffle and then finish it off with your choice of dried fruit, just drop the dry fruits on the top of your waffles. That is all there is to it, ridiculously easy to make when you are on the go.
Cereal + Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
-1 container of vanilla yogurt
-Blueberries, raspberries, or whatever fruit you
First you will scop out the vanilla yogurt into a bowl. Then you had grain flakes, which is good for fiber onto the bowl and add the granola as well. The last thing is to sprinkle the fresh fruit of your choice, and that is pretty much it. When you are done, you can eat it at home or have it on the go.
I hope you enjoy these recipes, I have tried the first and the second recipe, but not got around to trying the third one yet. And trust me when I say, I am liking it so much. I like the fact that they are easy to prepare, they are not super unhealthy, and that they taste super yummy. Eating breakfast is the important meal of the day and we should not neglect it.
